Production Capacity:

We have extensive resources for production capacity, and many products are manufactured ourselves.

For others, we contract from our network of suppliers with whom we have strong relationships, and can assure strict standards regarding quality and delivery times.

As our products are hand-made, variations in about 5% on the size of the jars and color of the glaze are unavoidable.

Lead Time:

Lead time mainly depends on the quantities of orders. If orders are in containers volume, it will take us about 60 - 90 days for production.

Delivery:

We normally use sea freight for orders in containers volume.

Payments:

Payment can be transferred by T/T (Telex Transfer).

The customer can make 50 % deposit before production, then transfer the balance is at the time of delivery or shipment.
